For Time (15 min time cap)
50 sit ups
50 double unders (150 singles)
400m run
40 sit ups
40 double unders (120 singles)
200m run
30 sit ups
30 double unders (90 singles)
100m run
*Be sure your sit ups are FULL RANGE of motion. Your shoulder blades should touch the ground when you lie back, and your torso should break 90 degrees when you sit up*

If you do not finish with in the allotted time, add 1 second per rep not completed. If doing singles, divide your number of jump rope reps not completed by 3.
