10 min AMRAP
Max cal bike
Every min on the minute, three 10 meter shuttle runs. Remember, one shuttle is down AND back.
*WORKOUT STARTS WITH 3 SHUTTLE RUNS*

The cones for the shuttle run will be set up right in front of the bikes.  There is a measuring wheel in the basket by the computer desk.  Use that to make sure you are running the proper distance.
