Partner up and count each other’s reps. One person goes at a time.
Each movement is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off x’s 8 rounds.
Finish all rounds of one movement before moving on to the next movement.
Score is total reps. Make a note of the break down of reps per movement in the “notes” section of your log!
